The research on the dynamic characteristics of vehicles requires wind tunnel tests. natural mass frequency support mechanism and interference flow field will greatly reduce repeatability accuracy experimental results. magnetic suspension balance system (MSBS) uses non-contact electromagnetic force instead mechanical to eliminate mechanism’s with test MSBS needs actively adjust control position tested model. At present, its strategy is PID control. However, when opened, there be large aerodynamic loads, leading changes in displacement. We propose a disturbance compensation algorithm framework that can quickly estimate external compensate it loop, influence system, provide stability displacement
